Event Room Rental Rates
First 2 hours (holds up to 45 people): $100
Each additional hour: $35
After hours fee per hour: $35
Event Room Seating
Table Seating: up to 30 people
Lounge Seating: up to 6 people
Ottoman Seating: up to 4 people
Total Room Capacity: 40-45 people
Room Square Footage: 500 sqft
Additional main room rental fees (holds up to 30 people)
After hours: $70 per hour
During hours: $175 per hour (minimum 3 hour rental)
Party Packages
Cupcake Decorating Party: $15-25 / child
Minimum party is 10 children and the duration is 2 hours. Each child will get 2 cupcakes to decorate and 1drink (milk, apple juice, or lemonade). We will assist the children with decorating the cupcakes. 1 cupcake is to eat at the party and 1 will be packaged to bring home. Additional services such as games, decorations, favors, and pizza are available and will be priced per event. (No outside desserts or drinks are allowed)
Girl’s Night Out: $30 / adult
Minimum party is 6 adults and the duration is 2 hours. Each person will get 6 cupcakes to decorate and take home and 2 drink urns(water, sweet tea, lemonade, coffee, or tea). We will instruct in the decorating of the cupcakes. Icing and decorating materials will be provided. You may bring your own food, games, and music if you desire. If you would like us to provide catering or additional services, pricing is subject to change. (No outside desserts or non-alcoholic beverages are allowed)
*All events in the Luxe Lounge require that all desserts and non-alcoholic beverages are purchased at Lily Torte Baking Company. You are free to bring in your own food and decorations. Order $100 or more in desserts and receive a free urn of hot coffee, iced coffee, or sweet tea.
* A 15% gratuity is added to all party packages and room rentals that require our assistance during the event.
